All retail food stores and retail package stores must have at least one (1) manager that holds a TABC-issued designated manager permit. To obtain, maintain, or renew a manager’s permit, an individual is required to annually complete the following required training:
- Either a responsible beer vendor or a responsible wine vendor training course approved by the TABC; and
- A one (1) hour course covering a review of recent changes in the law, applicable statues, rules, and regulations approved by the TABC.
